I'm an "Asset"
Which in French means I have a small ass. Or so I'm told. I'm getting confused with all these references to my ass. At first I'm a smart ass, then I'm a dumb ass, now an asset? Get it right people!!!
Facetiousness aside, Time Warner Cable considers me valuable to their company. Apparently they consider mollifying enraged customers essential. Fine with me. The whole customer service thing is a cinch compared to other events in my life. Terrorists blowing up my dad's office building, targeting my school next, being stuck on top of a camel hanging on for dear life, and being a passenger of a car driving down the streets of Cairo AND Riyadh, every time I saw my short life flash before my eyes. Gets kinda repetitive actually.
So when someone is complaining about how terrible I am for refusing to turn their cable on without getting a payment first, I just shrug it off. After all, being stuck on top of a camel smelled a hell of a lot worse than the load of BS I get everyday.
